GDPR- NEW DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

As of 25 May 2018, the new Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. The law entails strengthened rights for the individual with regard to personal privacy and increased requirements for companies that process personal data.

How we at Finnhammars handle personal data is based on the legal requirements that exist for auditors and that must be followed when conducting audits in accordance with current regulations. The information is protected by statutory confidentiality. In the two documents below, you will find detailed information about how we at Finnhammars relate to GDPR.

We only use your personal information to be able to carry out our assignments. Finnhammars Revisionsbyrå and our partnerships are responsible for personal data.

In addition to the statutory requirement for personal data, we sparingly send out requests for participation in events, news and other information to customers. If you are not interested in receiving such information, please let us know.

We never disclose any personal data in addition to what appears from the two documents above, which are linked to the statutory audit.
